01Declaration of ownership

1. peponio101 (pepino101) is the original author, sole creator, sole rights holder and sole beneficial owner of every work listed on this page ("the Works"), individually and as a collection.
2. The Works were conceived, designed, written, drawn, recorded, compiled and published exclusively by peponio101 between 2025 and 2026. No studio, company, team, partner, investor, publisher, contractor or "co-founder" holds any share, claim, credit or interest in them.
3. All rights that can exist in the Works — copyright, related rights, trademark and trade-dress rights, database rights, design rights, rights in names and domain names, moral rights, publicity rights, rights in confidential information, and any equivalent right under any law anywhere in the world — are held and reserved by peponio101. Argentine law (Ley 11.723 de Propiedad Intelectual) and the Berne Convention protect these works automatically from the moment of creation, without registration.
4. This page is the authoritative credit list. Any other credit, "made by", "developed by", "original creator", "fork of" or attribution claim shown anywhere else is false unless it points to peponio101.
5. Ownership is proven by the private source repositories, build histories, upload timestamps on remnantsmp.com and Cloudflare, Mercado Pago merchant records, Discord server ownership, and the continuous public release history of the Remnant client builds and RemnantCore versions (1.0 → 1.11.240 and counting).

1. The Works are protected literary works (software source and object code, website code, configuration and data formats), artistic works (logos, icons, banners, textures, layouts, animations), audiovisual works (launch videos, hover videos, trailers, clips), and compilations (the modpack, the shop catalogues, the item and rank designs).
2. No part of the Works may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, transmitted, adapted, translated, decompiled, disassembled, reverse engineered, unpacked, deobfuscated, re-obfuscated, re-signed, patched, hooked, injected, wrapped, embedded, framed, mirrored, cached for redistribution, scraped, trained on, or used to build a derivative work, in any form or by any means, without prior written permission signed by peponio101.
3. "Written permission" means a message that peponio101 personally wrote and can confirm. Screenshots, "he said yes in chat", forwarded messages, DMs from people pretending to be staff, and silence are not permission.
4. Downloading a build from remnantsmp.com grants you a copy to USE on your own computer under the license in section 05. It does not grant ownership of the copy's contents, and it never grants the right to share, upload, sell or modify it.
5. Obfuscation, license gates, build fingerprints, update checks and anti-tamper measures inside the Works are technological protection measures. Circumventing them, or distributing tools or instructions to circumvent them, is prohibited and is itself an infringement.

03Trademarks, names and trade dress

1. "Remnant", "Remnant client", "RemnantSMP", "RemnantCore", "Remnant Store", "Remnant+", "Remnant++", "Remnant Pro", "Remnant Pro+", "GiftShop", "Mint", "Mints", "Mint Shulker", "Mintery Box", "Mint Wings", "Curse Wings", "Raid Sword", "Gummy Axe", "Density Mace", "Regear", "Restock", "Licenses", "Homie", "Collector", "ExpSucker", "Tecnic", "Tecnic+", the red-and-blue banner edge, the red "R" icon, the green mint diamond and the scoreboard layout are names, marks and trade dress of peponio101, whether or not registered.
2. You may not use these names or marks — or anything confusingly similar (Remnent, Remnants, RemnantMC, RemnantSMP2, RemnantsSMP, Remnant-SMP, RemnantClient, RemnantX, "Remnant but better"…) — for a server, client, mod, plugin, website, Discord server, YouTube channel, TikTok, store, product or service.
3. You may not register domain names, social handles, Modrinth/CurseForge/Spigot/GitHub pages, or server-list entries that contain these names or imitate remnantsmp.com or larve.ar.
4. The overall look and feel of remnantsmp.com and of the in-game menus (colors, arrangement of buttons, wording, the confirm dialog, the store cards, the "try my SMP!" button, the hover video cards, the purchase celebration) is protected trade dress. Recreating it with different assets is still copying.

04What exactly is owned

05End-user license (Remnant client, RemnantSMP_Mod, modpack)

1. peponio101 grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and run the downloaded builds on computers you own, for playing Minecraft, subject to these terms.
2. You may not: copy the files to anyone; upload them anywhere (Discord, Mediafire, Google Drive, GitHub, Modrinth, CurseForge, forums, "client packs"); sell, rent, lease or lend them; modify them; remove or alter notices, license checks or obfuscation; use them to build, train, test or advertise another client; or represent them as your own.
3. Plus, Pro and Pro+ licenses are bound to the Minecraft account they were bought for, last 30 days per purchase, are not refundable once active, and are personal. Account sharing to reuse a license is a breach.
4. peponio101 may revoke the license, refuse updates, block accounts or IPs, and ban from RemnantSMP anyone who breaches these terms, without notice and without refund.
5. The software is provided "as is". Use it at your own risk on servers that allow it. The owner is not responsible for punishments on third-party servers.
6. These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute goes to the ordinary courts of the owner's home jurisdiction.

06Anti-copy policy — read this before you "get inspired"

1. Every build shipped from remnantsmp.com carries an individual build fingerprint, a version stamp and license telemetry. Re-uploaded copies are traceable to the account and download that leaked them.
2. RemnantCore and the Remnant client contain unique, invisible identifiers (names, offsets, message strings, data keys, item ids, sound pitches, layout constants). A "different" server or client that reproduces them is a copy, no matter what it is called.
3. Decompiled, deobfuscated or "cracked" copies are unauthorized derivative works. Distributing them, or a "free version", "leak", "source", "clean", "cracked" or "premium unlocked" edition, is infringement.
4. Re-creating RemnantSMP's mechanics with the same names, prices, items, menus, wording or flow on another server is copying, even if you wrote the plugin yourself.
5. Using the Remnant, RemnantSMP or RemnantCore names, logos, banners, videos, screenshots or text in another project, video, thumbnail, server listing, Discord or store without permission is infringement and impersonation.
6. Copies and clones are reported for takedown to the hosting platform (Modrinth, CurseForge, GitHub, Discord, YouTube, TikTok, server lists, Cloudflare, hosting providers, Mercado Pago), and the persons responsible are permanently banned from RemnantSMP and from every Remnant client license.
7. The owner keeps evidence: repository history, signed builds, upload logs, payment records, chat logs and screenshots. Do not expect "I did not know" to work.

07Takedown and enforcement procedure

1. Infringements are reported under the applicable platform policies and, where relevant, under DMCA §512, EU Directive 2019/790 and Ley 11.723 (Argentina). Notices identify the original Work, the infringing copy, and the ownership evidence from this page.
2. The owner may demand the immediate removal of the infringing material, public correction of any false credit, disclosure of the copy's origin, and compensation for the damage caused.
3. Repeat infringers are blocked from remnantsmp.com and RemnantSMP at the account, IP and hardware level, and their license history is voided.
4. Reporting a copy you found is welcome: open a ticket in the RemnantSMP Discord (linked from remnantsmp.com) with the link and a screenshot.

08What you MAY do

1. Play RemnantSMP and use the Remnant client on servers that allow it.
2. Record and publish gameplay videos, streams, clips and screenshots of RemnantSMP and the Remnant client, and link to remnantsmp.com. Please credit "RemnantSMP · remnantsmp.com" and "Remnant client by peponio101".
3. Share the official download link (remnantsmp.com). Never the files.
4. Talk about, review, praise or criticize the Works. Opinions are yours; the Works are not.
5. Ask for permission for anything else. Sometimes the answer is yes — but it has to be asked, and it has to be in writing.

09Third-party notices

1. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang AB / Microsoft. RemnantSMP, the Remnant client and this site are NOT official Minecraft products, are not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft, and do not claim any right over Minecraft, its assets or its trademarks. Minecraft item textures shown on this site are used only to identify the corresponding in-game items and remain Mojang's property.
2. PaperMC, Fabric, Modrinth, Cloudflare, Supabase, Mercado Pago, Discord and the third-party mods bundled in the modpack belong to their respective owners and keep their own licenses. Nothing on this page claims them.
3. Everything that is NOT listed in 9.1 and 9.2 — the code that ties it all together, the designs, the names, the art, the videos, the texts, the mechanics — is peponio101's.
